<p>There is only MSI log, you have provided. </p>
<p>We can see string "DEBUG: Error 2318: File does not exist: C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.0\7463651b784041504d1b7e5446455047465e4c15745b415c18635c4740461b7779784041504d" - It only shows, that Microsoft Uninstaller fails with attempt to delete this file. But we don't know how (and by whom) it was deleted. MSI logs cannot show it. </p>
<p>Do you have ideas how file can go missing? Or may be you can reproduce whole cycle: installation and uninstallation with KTS logs all over the way ?  </p>
